Usually we distribute our software via Internet and deliver it electronically. So, you will get a license anyway by email. But you sure have an option to order a Backup CD.
1. You can order a CD with a product at Element 5 or Plimus order form. If you order a CD with product it costs you additional USD 19.95. It is the extra service provided by our online resellers.
The backup CD should be delivered to you within a short period of time depending on your location. If you still haven't received it or if you haven't received it in time, you should contact Element 5 (accounting@element5.com) or Plimus (support@plimus.com) and mention your Reference Number (Order #).
If you decide to purchase the CD Element 5 or Plimus will burn a setup file of the product you purchased and the license information to register the product on the disk. What you have to do to install fully functional version is to launch the setup file which will install the demo and then register it with the registration key to get full version.
