I received nothing after placing the order. Did my order go through?

In case you order went through you have to receive confirmation of this fact from our billing operator Element 5 or Plimus. If you haven't received confirmation email from our billing operator, then try to recollect maybe you have received some other notification from Element 5 or Plimus.

Make sure that confirmation email was not blocked by your antispam filter .

If you are still not sure whether your order went through, please, contact billing operator or Eltima support team you have used to purchase product from Eltima and provide them with the following details:

1. The exact date of making purchase;
2. The full name you have used during purchase;
3. Email address you have indicated during purchase;
4. Reference number (Order ID) in case you have it.
