Single User License for Virtual Serial Port ActiveX. Short Description

You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software under the following conditions:

1. This License can be used for personal, non-commercial and non-profit needs.
2. This License cannot be used for development needs. Use Single Developer License instead.
3. This License is granted per one user only.
4. The Licensee may install and use third-party software with incorporated VSP AX Control on one computer only.
5. To install and use third-party software with incorporated VSP AX Control at several computers the Licensee must purchase Single User License (-s) depending on the number of computers the Licensee wants to install it to.
