Single Developer License for Virtual Serial Port ActiveX. Short Description

You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software under the following conditions:

The Software may be installed and used by the Licensee for development purposes.
Only one developer may utilize the Software. The License is generated for a developer's personal name.
The Licensee may install and use only one copy of the Software on a single computer, belonging to the Licensee.
If the Licensee wants to test his software with incorporated Eltima Virtual Serial Port ActiveX Control on a test computer, he must purchase Single User License.
Every customer who is going to use the Licensee’s product must purchase additional Single User License to be able to register VSP AX Control in user mode.
The Licensee may not distribute the development kit of the Software to end-users. The Software may be distributed to end-users only as a compiled setup.
