SyncMate - Preferences

In Preferences, invoked from Main menu, you can customize main program options. It consists of three tabs:

"General"

• Tick "Save device password (WM5 only)" checkbox to avoid typing the device password in subsequent connections. This option is applicable to connection with Windows Mobile 5 devices only.
• Tick "Check updates on startup" box to check for the newest SyncMate version each time SyncMate is launched.
• Tick "Remind me to sync every ..." checkbox if you want SyncMate offer synchronization every day/2 days/4 days/week/2 weeks/month.
• If "Autodetect USB devices" option is enabled, you will be automatically offered to create connection each time a USB device is plugged in. If this option is disabled, you can sync with your device by clicking "Add connection" button in SyncMate interface and following instructions in the invoked "Device connection Wizard" window.
• You can disable SyncMate driver if you don't want to use it as a default synchronizer. In this case, click "Disable USB module" button.

 "File Types" tab displays what file formats are supported by SyncMate:

"Application path" tab lets you set the path to iPhoto and iTunes libraries:
