USB to Ethernet Connector lets you search for available shared USB devices on the LAN or any other network built on standard Ethernet communication technology.
You can specify IP address or network name (NetBIOS protocol must be installed and configured) to connect to a particular host, or send broadcast message to all computers on your network and find all shared USB devices in one mouse click.
The searching process consists of the following steps:
Switch to "Remote USB device" tab at the application's Toolbar:

Click "Add remote device" Toolbar button to invoke "Add remote USB device" window:

In case you want to search for a USB device at the specific host, type its IP address or network name in "Remote host" text field and click "Find" button. If you want to find all available shared USB devices on your local network, click "Find all" button. USB devices tree will be filled with information on scanned hosts and shared USB ports and devices they offer:

USB devices tree renders statuses of remote shared USB ports and devices in real-time. It permits to reflect all activities performed on the remote host (plugging/unplugging/connecting a new device) almost immediately.
Click "Add remote device" button to add the selected shared USB device to the list of available remote devices. To add more USB devices, select them from the list and click "Add remote device" button again. Once all the required USB devices are added, you can close "Add remote USB device" window.
