SWF & FLV Toolbox - FLV to SWF (for FLV files only)

SWF & FLV Toolbox lets you convert Flash video files into SWF (SWF Player format). Indeed, to be able to view stand-alone FLV files you need specialized Flash player. Since there are not many players available that are able to playback FLV files, SWF & FLV Toolbox offers simple solution: convert FLV into SWF file and view it using any Flash player. Additionally, you may add movie controls to the resulting SWF file to improve usability and also protect the resulting SWF file from being viewed in Flash Studio. Let's have a deeper look at the provided options:

This option, actually, adds handy and nice movie controls (Play/Stop/Frame-by-frame preview buttons, progress bar and volume control) to the resulting SWF file. The movie controls bar is located at the bottom of the SWF file and only appears when you place the pointer mouse over the movie. To specify movie controls transparency level, please, use "Controls opacity" slider which is located below "Add cool movie controls" checkbox: moving the slider to the right-most position makes controls bar opaque while moving to the left-most makes it transparent. Please, note that frame-by-frame buttons will move the playback to the next available keyframe.

Enable this option to reduce the resulting SWF file size. SWF file will be packed using ZLib compression algorithm.

Use this option to protect the resulting SWF file. Please, note that by using this option you don't protect it from being played/viewed but rather from viewing its source code (in Flash Studio). If you would like to restrict rights on viewing or copyright your SWF file, consider using Advanced Projector file format.

Tick this checkbox to strip all sounds from the resulting SWF file.

Resulting SWF file starts playing automatically after you open it in Flash player.

Resulting SWF file will be looped after conversion.
