What if my order failed or was rejected?

As you know, you purchase Eltima products from our official online resellers. Currently, we mostly use two of them: Element 5 and Plimus. So, you already placed the order, but it was declined and rejected, we can recommend the following:

1. I ordered with Plimus: If the message "Credit card was declined" appears while processing an order it means that your credit card bank has declined the transaction. Plimus can hardly explain why it happened, because they simply get the response from a credit card company or a bank that issued the card. Usually a quick call to your credit card bank's customer service will clear this up.  If problems persist, please use the Fax, Email or Phone to place the order and Plimus will manually process the order. You can also try other payment options to have the order processed.

Eltima's tip: you can try ordering via Plimus or RegNow (another billing operator) if you fail to get your order processed with Element 5. For most of the products we do have order pages at the both services. To find the purchase form of another billing operator, visit Eltima website, go to the purchase page of the target product (using the Product menu at the top) and locate the link in the pricing chart or under it.
