How can I place a Purchase Order

Purchase Order is the type of paying for products on credit (i.e. receiving the goods before paying for them).  This method is usually used by large corporations. Being a corporate client, you can easily place a Purchase Order for our products. As you perhaps know we use services of the two secure and trusted online resellers: Element 5 and Plimus.

 

 To place a Purchase Order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Start ordering a product at our website, click "Process my order' when you are ready with the license type, the numbe rof licenses and additionalitems;
  2. You will be taken to a secure web page of Element 5 or Plimus, where the rest of the needed info is taken. On Plimus search for "Method of payment" field and select "Purchase Order" there; on Element 5 you will have to scroll down the page to see "Order by FAX" hyperlink, click it;
  3. Fill out the form completely to provide our billing operator with all those details they need to process your PO;
  4. After you fill in all the details click "Next". You will find yourself on the website with a PO displaying all your details. Now all you have to do is to check that all is correct before you print it, sign it and put the date.
  5. The last step is to fax this PO (signed) together with your internally generated PO to +1-858-777-5553 (Plimus fax #) or to one of the fax numbers provided by Element 5. (NOTE: fax numbers differ for European and American customers).

NOTE:  because of many overdue PO payments in the past we were forced to introduce a practice of sending fully functional but 30-days limited version of the software to the PO placers. If NET30 terms of the PO are observed and we get the payment in due course, a new fully-functional license key is sent before the 30 days expire. Otherwise, the license is prolonged only on receiving the payment. Thanks for understanding.
