How can I place a Purchase Order

Purchase Orders are a means of paying for products on credit (i.e. first receiving the goods and paying later).  This method is usually used by larger corporations. Being a corporate client, you can easily place a Purchase Order for our products. As you perhaps know we use services of the two secure and trusted online resellers: Element 5 and Plimus.

 

1) To place a Purchase Order with Plimus, please follow the steps:

  1. Start ordering a product at our website, click "Buy Now" next to the needed product;
  2. Select the license, the quantity, set the currency and add additional items into your cart if needed. Click "Process my order now" when all is selected;
  3. You will be taken to a secure web page of Plimus, where the rest of the needed info is taken. Scroll down to see "Method of payment" field and select "Fax" there;
  4. You will notice that the page dynamically changed to request only those details that are needed for this type of payment;
  5. After you fill in all the details asked and click "Next". You will find yourself on the website with a compiled PO ready to be faxed to Plimus;
  6. Print it, sign and date and feel free to fax it to +1-858-777-5553

2) To place a purchase order via Element 5, please, follow the steps:

  1. Locate the purchase page of the product which you are interested in within one of our websites. You can always start with http://www.eltima.com/products/
  2. Select the desired license type and quantity, click the corresponding currency image, or buy-now button to be redirected to Element 5 online purchase form;
  3. Scroll down the page, locate and click "Order by Fax" link. Fill the form out. Enter the Coupon Code if you were offered a discount by Eltima. Input other Company information (State, Country, VAT ID, billing currency);
  4. After you click Next you'll be taken to the final "Fax order" form, which exactly reflects and collects all the needed information for Element 5 to process your purchase order fast and secure. (Note that your discount is already calculated and the amount exactly matches the one you will actually have to pay);
  5. Fill in your corporate details, select the preferred payment option and follow the instructions on this page to print and fax the purchase order (NOTE: instructions differ for European and American customers).

NOTE:  because of many overdue PO payments in the past we were forced to introduce a practice of sending fully functional but 30-days limited version of the software to the PO placers. If NET30 terms of the PO are observed and we get the payment in due course, a new fully-functional license key is sent before the 30 days expire. Otherwise, the license is prolonged only on receiving the payment. Thanks for understanding.
