The above mentioned BSOD can happen at computer where Norton is installed with incoming mail scanner enabled, and Powered Keylogger "Email activity" log is enabled. The problem may occur while receiving email through Outlook 2003.
Please, study the following solutions for the problem you have encountered. And use one which is most suitable for you:
1) Please, disable scanning incoming email option in Norton or install another antivirus.
2) Please use some other email client or upgrade your Outlook to 2007.
3) Disable "Email activity log" in Powered Keylogger.
