1) Powered Keylogger features a unique method of unhiding the logs viewer. The so-called "secret word" approach is Eltima's invention and offers a brand-new method to hide and unhide keyloggers. During installation you choose a secret word which you will use to unhide Powered Keylogger. It can be any word or sentence, or any sequence of characters working as a password. 

All you need to do to unhide the keylogger is to type this secret word anywhere: in any application or even on your desktop! As nobody knows this secret sequence you can be sure that nobody will type it by error, as you are the only one who decides what this secret word should be.

2) If you don't remember that you have typed any combination of characters during installation, then the secret word for unhiding Powered Keylogger was left "secretword" (without quotation marks) by default. Type it anywhere on the target PC and Logs Viewer should open right away on hitting the last character of the secret word.
