Launching SPM under limited user account
When you launch Serial Port Monitor application it starts the driver "spsniff.sys". When you are logged on as user with limited rights (non-Admin) it is not possible to run this application since you have no rights to start drivers. So, to use SPM you have to be logged on as Administrator.
Needless to say that Serial Port Monitor installation can be performed by Admin only.
