This issue occurs because SyncMate hasn’t been uninstalled correctly and some of its traces are still present in your system.
At the current stage, please, completely uninstall SyncMate as follows:
- Run SyncMate Uninstaller to remove all components of SyncMate from your Mac: http://wiki.eltima.com/user-guides/syncmate-mac-os/uninstall.html
- Make sure that the following files and folders are not present in your system:
/Library/Application Support/EltimaSyncMate <br /> /System/Library/Extensions/EltimaAsync.kext<br /> /Library/Application Support/EltimaSyncMate/SyncMateServer.app<br /> /Library/Application Support/EltimaSyncMate/BackService.app
- Reboot your Mac.
