The unlock code for the Expert edition I purchased does not work

1. Make sure to enter the unlock code in the right version of product. Don't use registration information for SyncMate 1.x. to register SyncMate 2.x, it will not be accepted.

2. Make sure you enter the Registration Info correctly

3. If everything is correct but your registration key doesn't work please try the following: close SyncMate, find  user\library\preferences\com.Eltima.SyncMate.plist, delete this file. Then launch SyncMate and try to enter your registration info again.

If you still fail to register please provide us with:

* a screenshot (press Command(apple)+Shift+4. Use the cursor to highlight the desired region of the screen, press Space and click) of the registration window with your Reg Name and Reg Key entered (but before you click "Ok" button) - so that FULL KEY is visible;

* order ID (reference number) for the product you ordered
