You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software on two Macs under the following conditions:

1. The Licensee may install and use the Software for commercial purposes or/and in business environment.
2. The License grants the right to install and use one copy of the Software on two compatible Macs owned, rented or leased by the Licensee's Business.
3. The Licensee may synchronize his Mac with any number of Windows PCs, Windows Mobile devices, USB flash drives, PSPs, Nokia series 40, Google accounts, other Macs or all at once.
4. The Software can be utilized by the only user this Software is registered to.
5. This License cannot be shared or used concurrently by different individuals. Each individual must purchase a separate license for the Software to use it.
