You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software on an unlimited number of Macs under the following conditions:

1. The Licensee may use the Software for commercial purposes and in business environment.
2. The License grants the right to install the Software on an unlimited number of compatible Macs, belonging to the Licensee's Company.
3. The Licensee may synchronize with any number of Windows PCs, Windows Mobile devices, USB flash drives, PSPs, Nokia series 40, Google accounts, or all at once.
4. A unique license key generated for the Licensee's company name will save the trouble when entering the license info on multiple computers.
5. An unlimited number of employees of the Licensee's Company worldwide may use the Software.
