You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software on two Macs under the following conditions:

1. The Licensee may use the Software only for personal, non-commercial and non-profit needs.
2. The License grants the right to install one copy of the Software on two compatible Macs.
3. The Licensee may synchronize with any number of Windows PCs, Windows Mobile devices, USB flash drives, PSPs, Nokia series 40, Google accounts, or all at once.
4. This License restricts the use of the Software to the person the Software is registered to.
5. This License cannot be shared or used concurrently by different individuals. Each individual must purchase a separate license for the Software to use it.
