You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to three Macs under the following conditions:

1. The Licensee may install and use the Software only for personal, non-commercial and non-profit needs.
2. The License grants the right to install and use one copy of the Software on up to three compatible Macs at a time as long as those Macs are located in the same household.
3. This License restricts the use of the Software to the person the Software is registered to and the persons who occupy the same household with the Licensee.
4. This License can be shared or used concurrently only by the persons who occupy the same household with the Licensee.
