 You are granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the Software under the following conditions:

1. This License can be used for personal, non-commercial and non-profit needs. Use Company License for commercial purposes.
2. The Software may be installed and used on only one system.
3. The Software can be utilized only by the person this Software is registered to. 
4. This License cannot be shared or used concurrently on different systems or by different individuals. 
5. Each individual must purchase a separate license for the Software to use it.
