When you get to the Keystrokes log, you are presented with the detailed log of everything typed by all users in your system. Select the desired date in the calendar, and press "Regenerate logs" to read the logs for specific date. Keystrokes log looks like the following when special symbols are visible:

As you can see each entry in this log is accompanied by the consecutive entry number, username of the person who typed this, windows caption of the application which this was typed in, the application itself, and the timestamp when this entry was recorded. Scrolling down you can review the whole typing activity in your system for the specified date, or dates, if you use the "View all new logs" option.
