Powered Keylogger - Adjusting configuration parameters

To configure the Powered Keylogger settings, please, click "Options" Navigation Toolbar button and press "Advanced options". This will invoke Advanced Options dialog:

Advanced Options dialog gives you more flexibility in tuning Powered Keylogger by enabling some more advanced features like sending logs to you via e-mail, specifying inactivity period, defining which system account you want to monitor, etc. Packed with options, Advanced Options dialog is divided into 4 tabs: General, E-mail, Monitoring users list and Prepare flash-drive. In this section we will discuss only the first tab. The last three tabs are discussed in E-mailing logs, Specifying monitored user and Flushing the logs to USB Flash respectively.

General tab

    * Screenshots -> Interval: specifies the interval (in seconds) which will be used to take snapshots of desktop activity, this is how often they will appear in Screenshots log. Please, don't specify too small value here, otherwise, monitored computer will be crammed with a number of images to take and store, significantly reducing PC speed.
    * Screenshots -> Inactivity time: this is the interval at which the user's activity will be marked as idle and screenshots will stop being made presuming there are no changes on the desktop as user is away.
    * Screenshots -> Color depth: customize the number of colors per pixel used when taking screenshots, less colors will require less CPU time
    * Screenshots -> Max screenshot: this option defines the quota on total size of screenshots (which is useful if monitored PC has limited disk space). Set this value to "0" to disable the quota (unlimited disk space).
    * Max saved e-mail: this option defines the quota on total size of emails (which is useful if monitored PC has limited disk space). Set this value to "0" to disable the quota (unlimited disk space). Please, note that logs are sent in Powered Keylogger's internal format and do not contain Screenshots, even if you have this type of logs enabled. Please, see E-mailing logs section of the manual to find out how you can read logs you receive via e-mail.
    * Min. inactivity: stands for minimum inactivity time that should be recorded in Inactivity time log
    * Secret word: this is exactly where you can change your secret word for unhiding Powered Keylogger
    * Show monitoring warning: enables showing monitoring warning on user logon. The exact warning message can be specified in the textbox below.

Please, do not forget to apply new settings by clicking "Ok" button.
