Powered Keylogger offers a flexible ways of filtering logs for more convenient view. Per se, filtering options could be accessed from "Filter log" section (click "Filter logs" Navigation Toolbar button). Currently you can filter logs by User Name, Application Name, Window Caption and advanced web/e-mail parameters. As each entry of the log is accompanied by a series of details, these fields are taken directly from log entries. So you can be sure that when you enable filtering logs and select a user name to filter by, you will only see logs entries that were recorded when this user was logged in.
Filtering options depend on each particular type of logs and may vary to a great extent. Let's review all available options:
Keystrokes, mouse clicks and passwords logs could be filtered out by User name, Application name and Window caption. Simply select the required value from available ones or type in pattern-matching string of special characters (if you want to view logs for more than one entry) and apply the filter. The result will be shown in the Logs View.

Web activity could be filtered out by User name, Application name and additional parameters specified in "Advanced filter" dialog. The latter one has two tabs: General web filter and Banner/Ad web filter:

This tab allows you to filter out banners, advertisements, images, Flash movies, COM objects and so on.

E-mail activity could be filtered out by User Name, Application name and additional parameters specified in "Advanced filter" dialog. The latter one has two tabs: General mail filter and Mail spam filter.

In "General mail filter" tab you may specify whether all mails should be shown or you prefer to view incoming/outgoing mails only. Additionally, you may filter out e-mails by "Mail From", "Mail To" and "Subject" fields. For those fields one of the logical operators could be applied: Equals (exact match of the logs entry), Begins (specified string should be located at the start of the log entry), Contains (specified string should occur somewhere in the logs entry), Ends (specified string should be located at the end of the log entry).

Here you may enable/disable Powered Keylogger spam filter which filters out e-mail activity logs. Spam filter works according to three fields: FROM, TO and SUBJECT.
Currently, there are no options to filter out available screenshots.

Inactivity log could be filtered out by User name only. Please, select the required value from combo box or type in pattern-matching string of special characters (if you want to view logs for more than one entry) and apply the filter.

Applications log could be filtered out by User name and Application name. Same as above: just select the required value from combo box or type in pattern-matching string of special characters and apply the filter
Once the necessary filters are selected, click "Filter logs now" to apply the filter you selected. Clicking "Reset previous filter" will return the filter fields into previous state. Note that filtered log will be marked by a funnel icon above the log.
