Powered Keylogger - Logs View

Logs View displays all records for the currently active logs type on particular date/dates and places them in chronological order (earlier events at the top). It provides complete and structured information about each event occurred, simplifying monitoring and analysis for you (for instance, screenshots that are taken at the particular time are associated with keyboard/mouse/etc events). Each Logs View record is split by vertical line: the left side of the record contains general information (system username, application name, window caption, date the event took place and link to screenshot if applicable*) which is almost the same for all log types while the right side contain the recorded data itself (password, keystrokes, mouse clicks and so on). Let's overview all available log types:

    * Keystrokes: each and every button pressed on a keyboard is stored. In case you would like to see non-printable keys pressed such as Up/Down/Left/Right/F1/Shift/etc., please disable "Hide non-printable" option on the Toolbar

    * Mouse clicks: information about all clicks in your system with detailed information about each of them is stored

    * Passwords: all passwords, including Windows Logon Password, saved passwords, passwords to e-mails and websites, etc are recorded to this log. Captured passwords are accompanied by a small icon representing 1 of the 4 possible ways by which Powered Keylogger was able to store the password (clicking on default button in the window, closing window, minimizing window or pressing ENTER within the current window).

 *E-mail activity:all incoming and outgoing e-mails are stored in this log

    * Screenshots: recorded desktop activity and taken snapshots of your desktop can be found here

      Screenshots Toolbar contains the number of taken screenshots; lets you move to the first, previous, next and last screenshots; launch slide show; adjust screenshot to current image size, fit the window or full screen; save selected screenshot or all taken screenshots in BMP or JPEG formats.
    * Inactivity time: this log lets you know when your employees (or other users) are doing nothing at their computers. To change inactivity threshold value, click "Options" button in Navigation Panel, press "Advanced Options" button and customize "Min. Inactivity" value to meet your needs.
    * Applications log: stores details about each and every process launched and running in your system. You will be aware of any program or application that has ever been launched in your system

*Please, note that "View screenshots for this entry" provides the link to the nearest screenshot (if screenshot monitoring feature is enabled) taken at the period of time calculated by equation:
Trecord - 10 sec <= Tscreenshot >= Trecord + 60 sec

I.e. the screenshot taken no more than 10 seconds prior to logs record and no further than 1 minute later is thought to be related to log event. However, it may not correspond to the actual log event and shouldn't be relayed upon too much. This option is useful if monitored user was working in the same program for a period of time (Word, Excel, etc.)
