SyncMate - Main menu
The program's Main menu consists of the following sub-menus listed below:
1. SyncMate:
- About SyncMate - displays brief information about current version and build
- Check for updates - checks for a newer SyncMate version
- Enter unlock code - invokes registration window
- Upgrade to Expert edition - opens purchase page of SyncMate Expert Edition
- Preferences - customizes main program options. It consists of three tabs: general, file types and application path. New window will pop-up:
"General"
- Tick "Save device password" checkbox in order not to type device password in subsequent connections of a certain mobile device
- Tick "Check updates on startup" checkbox to check the newest update of SyncMate
- Tick "Remind me to sync every" checkbox if you want SyncMate to remind about the synchronization every "day\2 days\4 days\week\2 weeks\month"
- You can disable SyncMate driver in Preferences menu, if you don't want to use it as default synchronizer. In this case click "Disable USB module" button.
"File types" tab displays you what formats are supported:
"Application path" tab enables you to set the path to iPhoto and iTunes libraries:
- Sync - starts synchronization process
- Hide Others - hides every other window except the currently focused one
- Show All - shows all hidden windows
- Quit SyncMate - closes SyncMate
2. Connections
- Add new connection - invokes "Device connection Wizard"
- Delete connection - deletes selected or all connections
- Go to ... - switches to selected connection
3. Window:
- Minimize - minimizes SyncMate window
- Zoom - zooms in SyncMate window
- Bring All to Front - gets focus to SyncMate window
- SyncMate by Eltima Software - shows which window is active
4. Help:
- Search - finds necessary word or words combination in SyncMate Help
- SyncMate Help - opens SyncMate user manual you are reading now
