How to map Amazon S3 account with CloudMounter for Linux

To connect S3 via CloudMounter for Linux, proceed the following steps:

1. Select Amazon S3 in the new connection dialog:

2. Type the connection name:

3. Type your access key and secret key into the corresponding fields.

4. Select the bucket’s name from the drop-down menu. Or you can use the / (slash) character to indicate the root directory as well. In this case, all the buckets will be shown as subfolders in mounted drive. The region will be automatically detected.

5. Click Mount.

Note: To mount S3 the app needs to have access to the AWS credentials. You can find this information in the Security Credentials section of the AWS “My Account/Console” menu
