EXE Password Protector is detected by antivirus

Since EXE Password Protector modifies original executable files by adding a special code to these files in order to implement its own protection mechanism, password-protected files may be erroneously detected by the Security software (antivirus) as infected. Of course it is not an infection.

In order to protect your EXE files successfully, it is recommended to disable your antivirus during protecting the EXE files with EXE Password Protector.
