Eltima licensing scheme grants you the right to use the version of the software product that you purchased for an unlimited period of time as long as you have the installer and the license key.
Since beginning of July 2012, new corporate solution purchases include one (1) year of Urgent Support and upgrades, whether minor or major, at no charge. It will keep you current with new releases and provide access to Eltima’s expert technical support services, ensuring you maintain the value of your software investment.
You can prolong this access by ordering one of the following additional subscriptions:

Eltima Software encourages all customers to stay current with the latest versions of our software and therefore a product version hosting and support are discontinued right after the release of the new version that succeeds it.
